  18. name... Or unless they use a picture from Star Trek (highly unlikely).

  20. Voyager is a common word in the english dictionary, so in and of itself can
  21. not be trademarked...  This was the problem Parker Bros. had with Monopoly
  22. when they tried to sue the man who invented Anti-Monopoly.  Since "monopoly"
  23. is a dictionary word/term, they court said they couldn't sue.
